What Sales Presentation Training Are You Using?

One of my clients is a partner in a CPA firm and he was looking for ways to bring in new business. He told me that his employees have problems bringing in new business because they don’t like to sell.
His beliefs as well as his employees were that to be in sales you have to be pushy and untruthful.
The reality of the situation is that they hadn’t done sales before and needed guidance on having conversations with people that were comfortable for them.
My client wanted to take this sales strategy and incorporate it into performance reviews, determination of raises and even job status.
A lot of people don’t realize that the most valuable employees are the ones that are bringing in business, reducing expenses, and helping the bottom line, no matter what their job description is.
In the training I did with the staff and the partners, I taught them that sales is just matching problems with solutions. We worked on their inner and outer approach and I taught them the Energy Management System which is also taught in our 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge.
They used conversation guides and role playing among each other to practice new tactics to make sales through a comfortable conversation while they found solutions to the problems of the person they were talking to. They were transforming selling into serving.
After 2 weeks each person in the firm who had never before brought in new business, brought in no less than 5 new clients each. My client was thrilled, his employees were happy and now they all understood that selling is about making matches. They also received a bonus for each new client they brought in, which raised the energy in the office to wanting to get new clients instead of having to get clients to keep their job.
Now, I ask you, what sales presentation training are you using?
In your own business, you need to get past the stereotypes around selling and move forward in new beliefs.
• Match a solution to a problem
• Transform selling into serving
• Raise the vibrational energy around selling
• Have a comfortable conversation, not a one sided one
• Selling is about matchmaking
For your business to grow, you need to keep your funnel full of prospects and new clients, you have to continuously sell your product or service, but it doesn’t have to be in a way that feels wrong to you.
Have conversations regularly with people you meet and find out what problems they may have that you could find a solution to and offer that solution in conversation. If they ask you to follow up or send more information make sure you do that. Work on your sales presentation training whenever you have a chance.

Great post. Three points in the post are to be committed to memory: selling is about match-making, transforming selling into serving and having an easy two-sided conversation.
There is obviously a lot to know regarding this. We think a person made good points additionally.
