I recently shared with you in a previous post about a video I was going to be in for small business startups.  I was sharing the stage with great men including Michael Port and Michael Gerber.  This was an 8 hour video shoot by the time it was all finished and I had a great time during the filming.

Before the shoot began, I visualized how I wanted the shoot to be and what outcome I desired.  I visualize by writing down everything as if it has already occurred.  I focus on the feelings and send the message to my brain that way.

Most people think that you have to visualize in your head but that is not accurate.  Writing down your visualization is a powerful and effective visualization technique.  Spiritual Coaching can help you to learn this technique.

I envisioned the Director telling me that I had done the best interview he had seen and that he wanted all the other speakers to connect to the audience as I had, I saw a healthy lunch with all the food that I enjoyed, I also saw the Director really understanding what I was saying and taking something away from it.

During my interview I could see the director nodding his head every once in a while and knew he was understanding me and connecting with me which was a wonderful feeling.

The Director came up to me afterward and told me that I had done the best interview he had seen and that he wished everyone else had connected with the audience the same way I had.  He also said that he didn’t believe in this previously but now had a better understanding.  My client was thrilled because she had wanted the director to be activated to this way of thinking and had visualized that herself.

It was amazing because for lunch, the studio had ordered a tray to be brought in with various foods and when the tray arrived it was vegetarian and all the foods that I enjoy.  They saw that it wasn’t correct and I told them that it was exactly what I had visualized so my energy had been stronger than theirs.

Do You Know How To Visualize Something You Want?

A year ago, I had some bumps in the road in regards to my Health.  These were unexpected and serious.  I could have let my vibrational energy fall but instead I asked my surgeon if I could have 60 days to use energy management techniques and visualization to see if it would help.  She agreed and we scheduled surgery for the end of those 60 days.

I spent that time visualizing all my cells loving each other and love permeating throughout me.  I saw myself getting really small and going inside myself and painting the word LOVE on my cells and DNA.  I envisioned a manila file folder with my name on it traveling from person to person and inside it said that the surgery was canceled. I envisioned my surgeon coming in to my room after the test before surgery with a huge smile and telling me that it was a miracle and that I would not need surgery.  I envisioned her telling me I was the talk of her office!

The day before my surgery was scheduled for, my surgeon did a test and it showed that the mass was gone and surgery would not be needed.  Just as I had envisioned, I saw her come into my room with a huge smile and the next words out of her mouth were “You are the talk of my office, the mass is gone and no surgery is needed…you’re a miracle patient.”

Since then, I have had several tests run to make sure the mass was really gone and it has never come back.
Visualization can impact your health and relationships.  You need to have a light energy and see your outcome and how you will feel.

Are You Teaching Your Children How to Live a Life of Abundance and Prosperity?

I’d like to share a somewhat personal story – my thirteen-year-old niece has been experiencing abdominal pains that have caused a lot of challenges for her. She’s sometimes been in so much pain that they have to keep her out of school, even to the point of going to the hospital.

The strange things is they’ve literally run every kind of test you can possibly imagine, and all of the test results come back saying she is 100% healthy…but she’s still experiencing this pain.

As I’ve been in connection with my sister on this issue, I’ve really felt and communicated to her that while medical science has offered its own explanations, what we really need to do is get my niece focused in on taking her power back in her body.

I’ve also been sharing with my sister some of the things I did when I went through my own healing bump last year that enabled me to avoid two major surgeries, gratefully and thankfully. I believe it really is useful when we can help our kids to understand that they have a lot more power than they think they do when it comes to living a life of abundance and prosperity.

It’s been an interesting process to see with my niece how even by the time you’re 13, you can really be shut off to these kinds of ideas. Someone gave her a CD on meditation to assist her in her healing, and her first reaction was, “Mom, this is kind of creepy!”

Neither my sister or I grew up with these ideas and we weren’t really learning and teaching them when my niece was very young either, so she already had the same resistance built up that many adults have when it comes to spiritual matters and energy management.

I really believe that if we can just get our children to start making these connections earlier – activating these concepts in ourselves and then teaching them to our kids and others in our lives, the world will truly be a better place.

My daughter Joy and I used to talk like this when she was first going to pre-school – I would ask her:

• What kind of day do you want to have today?
• What kind of things do you want to have happen?
• How do you want to feel in your day today?

It really just started to model that for her. When you and others do the same, we’ll end up producing adults that will be so much more connected, and our world really will be a much different place. Read more
